I am writing this hub because I just wanted to share how I succeeded in my long quest to become successful and rich through online jobs. Online jobs have always been a incomplete success story for most people, this is mostly because almost 90% of them give up after initial failure with online jobs, the rest 10% don't put 100% effort that makes the difference between being an average online earning affiliate and a successful online affiliate.

When I started my quest for online jobs 18 months ago, I didn't have much knowledge about online jobs and the practicality of doing online jobs. I initially started with simple jobs like Data Entry and form Filling jobs by spending 1 hour a day, which initially fetched me hardly $100 per month. I was also doing ad-posting on forums. Later I learned a very important but basic principle - Being successful by enrolling with multiple job programs rather than spending more time with a single program. This not only cuts the risk factor, but also improves one's earning capacity. Being involved in online jobs also gave me another great opportunity- Browsing the internet and finding about other different online jobs

I would like to give this little tip for Online jobs aspirants. Always remember this- "Sharpening the Axe is more important that striking the Wood hard". So, always make sure that you make groundwork to explore new venues offered by online jobs, rather than monotonously sticking to a single program

This is the point where I started learning about major online affiliate programs like Google Adsense and Chitika affiliate etc. My first major venture was Google Adsense, however things didn't go well like I desired. I was initially creating sites through Blogger and Hubpages to publish my adsense ads, but the traffic I received was fairly discouraging at first. During the first 2 months, my daily visitor traffic was hardly 50!!!! But, this gave me another great opportunity - to learn how to improve your current online job program rather than giving up. In that way, I learnt how to improve my sites' traffic and increase my adsense revenue. I gradually started creating my sites based on commercial attractiveness and pratical use, which improved my visitor traffic dramatically. I also started updating my sites on social bookmarking sites which supplemented my traffic even more. At this point in time, I was getting 1000-1500 visitors on my adsense account per day compared to my initial count of 50 per day. My adsense revenue also started to increase multiple folds.

Having stabilized my online job venture through Adsense, I started to explore other online affiliates programs which could develop my online earning level. This is where I came across other major programs like Yahoo Publisher Network, Chitika afiliate , Kontera affiliate and AdBrite Networks all of which work similar to Google Adsense PPC(pay-per-click) program and also provide similar income levels, if not better than Google Adsense. I also learnt to various nuances and techniques involved in PPC affiliate business to implement new tools and enhance the earning potential. One of the techniques was to combine multiple ads onto my sites- Like Adsense+Yahoo publisher ads, Adsense+Chitika, etc. After 12 months of Online affiliate experience, I was now making around $750 to $1250 per month.

This is the important part that really boosted my earning levels - the period when I came to know about eBay and Amazon online Marketing affiliate programs. Till then, I was earning only through user clicks on my websites. My 100- odd webpages were generating a traffic of around 2500-3000 per day, out of which my ppc income mainly accumulated. But now I learnt a way to a really lucrative way of income. I learnt how to convert my sites into online marketing sales generators. I successfully did this by enrolling onto eBay and Amazon's marketing affiliate networks, which paid a flat percentage commission for new members referred from my sites. I also got bonus commissions on purchases which my referred visitors made on eBay and Amazon. Impressed at the wonderful results, I started implemented eBay and Amazon ads on most of my sites. eBay and Amazon also did a wonderful thing to the professional value of my sites. They changed my sites which were mere knowledge/information centers, into professional commercial oriented sites

At this point in time, I was making around $1750 to $2250 per month.

My quest for online jobs didn't end there. I came to know about other affiliate networks, which very little number of people involved in online jobs know. These were Hotel affiliate Network and Forex Affiliate networks. These are very unique programs that pay you some good money in a very short period of time like eBay and Amazon networks. Through these programs, I enhanced my earning potential by another $500 to $750 per month. As a result, my monthly gross earnings touched $3000 for the first time!!!!. I was extremely happy that my initiatives and hardwork really paid off at last.
